At the energy contest, Himpel (CEO Kim Jeong-hwan), who exhibited the “energy saving,
low noise, and constant air volume ventilator,” won the Encouragement Prize.

“Zeroc Prime (FZD-C90N),” the energy-saving, low-noise, and constant air volume ventilator
of Himpel, implemented the world's first 10-stage airflow control for bathroom ventilation.
The low-noise mode, 1st~3rd stage, supply 50~70CMH air volume, and the standard mode
4~7th stage, 80~110CMH air volume. The rapid mode 8~9 provides air volume of 120~130CMH,
and the turbo mode 10th speed provides air volume up to 160CMH.

Zeroc Prime is a ventilation fan that provides solutions tailored to the needs and situations
of consumers, from low-noise ventilation for quiet bathroom space to rapid ventilation that
quickly removes moisture and odors. The first-stage noise is 24dB, and the tenth-stage noise
also achieved 47dB, which is the level of a library or a quiet classroom.

The noise of 90CMH air volume of 5 stage is 29dB, and it is 8dB (22%) reduced compared
to that of the Himpel Zeroc model using the existing AC motor that produced 37dB at the
same air volume.

Energy consumption is reduced by applying a durable BLDC motor. The power consumption
is 6W based on the 5th stage, and it is 930 won per month. This is a 94.5% reduction in
power consumption of the Himpel Zeroc model, which is about lower 4,700 won compared
to 5,630 won per month.

In addition, you can check and show the humidity of the bathroom in real time, and select an
option to conveniently manage the bathroom by automatic operation according to the humidity.

In addition, even if the static pressure difference increases due to the high rise and airtightness
of the building by using a constant air volume fan, it is always possible to constantly ventilate.
A wireless remote control function that can control 10-stage air volume control and scheduled
operation is applied.

Zeroc Prime is a new product from Himpel, a leader in the bathroom ventilation exhibition market,
and was ambitiously developed to widen the gap with latecomers. Himpel plans to release the
product at the end of this year and supply it to the market.
